STEP 17 – CYPRESS ESSENTIAL OIL

broken image

You’re probably familiar with CYPRESS trees and bushes, as these tall, dark evergreens are popular in landscaping. But have you ever tried CYPRESS Essential Oil?

Emotionally, CYPRESS Essential Oil is both grounding and stimulating at the same time. Because of this unique combination, it is useful during times of change or loss. It also makes for a great addition to massage oils and is often found in relaxing spa products.

If you have a challenging task ahead of you, like a long exercise session or an all-night study or work session, diffusing CYPRESS Essential Oil can help keep you energized, alert, and positive.

Like Coriander Essential Oil, CYPRESS Essential Oil is especially helpful for oily skin and can be added to your skin care routine or body lotions. The fresh scent of CYPRESS Essential Oil is popular for use in DIY salves, deodorants, and soaps.

CYPRESS Essential Oil has a clean, fresh, woody, herbaceous aroma. When blended with Citrus Oils, it can have an exceptionally uplifting effect on mood.
